These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SplitFX website and your purchase of SplitFX licenses. By using this site or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a license.

1. SplitFX License

Use of the SplitFX plugin is governed by the separate SplitFX License Agreement.

By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using SplitFX, you also agree to the terms of the applicable License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the License Agreement regarding the Software, the License Agreement will prevail.

2. Payment & Billing

All purchases are processed through Freemius, our Merchant of Record and payment processor. Freemius handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, payment security, and license delivery. By making a purchase, you also agree to Freemius' Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property

SplitFX, including its source code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Software to you — it grants only the usage rights described in the License Agreement.

All other content on this website, including its design, copy, and branding, is also our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Warranty terms specific to the Software itself are set out in the License Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability limits specific to the Software are set out in the License Agreement.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of this website after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
